Berdiet secara Atkins
alhamdulillah, finally dh jmpe cr diet yg mudah and senang tok amalkn...xperlu lg kene perli sb tiap kali nk mkn kene timbang berat n check kalori..xperlu lg tahan2 kuantiti ape yg kt makan...cr baru ni mudah dan memudahkn..kwn2 opis yg xpenah nk follow klo kt berdiet pn ikot serta berdiet...tu namenye cr ni mudah tok diikuti...tapi APEKAH????
ha...jawapannye atkins diet..this is very low carbs diet..semasa diet ni, only 20g/day carbs dibenarkn...
semua jenis carbo such as nasi,roti,tepung,susu, diharamkn...bende2 manis also like buah, gula2, cokelat dn sewaktu dgnnye...

insyaallah..sis pn leh berjaya..yg pntg before start diet, cr dl ilmu psl atkins ni byk2...listkn semua mkanan yg leh dimakan n yg xleh...pas2 create la menu yg sesuai tuk tekak kt..sb kt nk amalkn diet ni lm..sb tu kene make sure kt serasi ngan menu2 yg kt mkn hari2...all the best sis:)
