sebenarnye xsempat nk update..b4 nih gue bz bangat nk kwen...paham2 ler yer (xpaham pn sile wat paham)nk kwen nih byk mende nk kene settlekn n prepare...bj la..doorgift la..kursus la..borang la..haishhh..pendek kate byk ler..bagi korg yg xken lg tau le nt mcmane bz nye..hihihi...
so..officially kt dh tukar status lah skrg ek...so sile pggil kt puan azura ek..klo x..blanje kt mkn koci...hahaha...update lg ngan pic nikah..stay tune k.

Atkins - UPDATE 2
hihihi...terlebih rajin plak hari nih..MESTI!!! klo x rajin ssh nk capai ape yg dihajati, especially target nk kurus ler..insyaallah, kt berazam start hari nih akan update blog at least tiap2 hari:D tp mende yg nk diupdate kn????
wokeh...kt akn update menu yg kt mkn hari2 n resepinyer la...
For today menu breakfast & lunch kt ialah telur dadar special and salad special ikot azura punye care:D besenye BF & lunch kt mkn bende yg sm sb time msk pepagi tu kt wat portion yg byk..so jimat mase n jimat idea ape tok mkn time lunch..hehehe
Atkins-Update 1
Alhamdulillah,diberi kekuatan untuk meneruskn diet atkins ni...sbnrnye br start blk setelah hmpir 2 mggu xdiet...sbnye ujung mggu je blk kg xpn keluar ngan kwn..klo dh blk kg and keluar tu paham2 je la...tmbh2 klo mak msk...huhu..so, start 5 June hari tu dh start blk smpi hari ni..so far just cheat Ahad hari tu je..Isnin dh start blk...ms start 5 June hari tu berat 66kg. setelah diet smpi hari sbtu berat jd 62.7kg..seronok sgt dh..hari ahd sempat diet smpi kol 3pm je..kebetulan dating ngan en. tunang time tu..terus cheat sb dia sik ckp nk blanja mkn je(sbnrnye diri sndiri pn mmg gatal nk cheat)..huhu..yg kelakar tuh, b4 cheat sempat mintak permission dr kwn2 opis yg wat atkins same2..rupe2nye diorg pn cheat gak hr tu..so ape lg..bantai mkn Big Aple la, icecream la..semua yg teringin semua bantai time tu..hahhaha..sye sukeeee..tp pas blk umh trs nyesal.esknye timbang neik jd 63.7..cepat2 wat induction blk tok cover cheat hari ahad tu..kiranya, ni atkins fasa ke dua kt la...byk yg leh dipelajari dari atkins fasa 1st dl..before story lebih lnjut kt upload brg2 yg wajib

Berdiet secara Atkins
alhamdulillah, finally dh jmpe cr diet yg mudah and senang tok amalkn...xperlu lg kene perli sb tiap kali nk mkn kene timbang berat n check kalori..xperlu lg tahan2 kuantiti ape yg kt makan...cr baru ni mudah dan memudahkn..kwn2 opis yg xpenah nk follow klo kt berdiet pn ikot serta berdiet...tu namenye cr ni mudah tok diikuti...tapi APEKAH????
ha...jawapannye atkins diet..this is very low carbs diet..semasa diet ni, only 20g/day carbs dibenarkn...
semua jenis carbo such as nasi,roti,tepung,susu, diharamkn...bende2 manis also like buah, gula2, cokelat dn sewaktu dgnnye...

Sye nk kuwus...tp xkuwus2 jugek...stress!!!
hukhukhuk....bln 9 xlm dh..ms nk kurus pn dh mkin pendek...usaha dh dilakukan..tp my body xkuwus2 gak....sedey...
dh cut down my meals...sumtimes only ate 900-1000 cal/day...exercise every day...timbang2 just 2kg kurang...stress!!!
xpe ju..xpe...ade ms lg(hati kecikku menjerit)....
yg pntng teruskn usaha....jgn harap perubahan dlm ms yg singkat..it is not impossible..possible..just kesan tu xlama la...turun kejup..then msti nek blk klo xjage..so...just maintain as what you are rite now...teruskn USAHA ok!!!
ape yg penting:
1. maintain daily calori intake ~900-1000cal~
2. exercise every day (yeyeyeyeye dh dpt full vid jullian michaels)
3. istiqamah ( ni yg PALING penting)
bermula hari ni nk start blk my diet plan...mudah2an ujung bln 5 nt ade perubahan besar...insyaallah:)
