Berdiet secara Atkins

alhamdulillah, finally dh jmpe cr diet yg mudah and senang tok amalkn...xperlu lg kene perli sb tiap kali nk mkn kene timbang berat n check kalori..xperlu lg tahan2 kuantiti ape yg kt makan...cr baru ni mudah dan memudahkn..kwn2 opis yg xpenah nk follow klo kt berdiet pn ikot serta berdiet...tu namenye cr ni mudah tok diikuti...tapi APEKAH???? ha...jawapannye atkins diet..this is very low carbs diet..semasa diet ni, only 20g/day carbs dibenarkn... semua jenis carbo such as nasi,roti,tepung,susu, diharamkn...bende2 manis also like buah, gula2, cokelat dn sewaktu dgnnye... ape yg dibenarkn hanye lah protein based product...for more info refer to this blog http://www.taknakgemuk.com or this blog http://bicikut.blogspot.com/2011/06/atkins-diet-cara-paling-berkesan-untuk.htm. syukur sgt sb diberi peluang tok jmpe blog nih... will update soon bout my diet:-)
