hukhukhuk....bln 9 xlm dh..ms nk kurus pn dh mkin pendek...usaha dh dilakukan..tp my body xkuwus2 gak....sedey...
dh cut down my meals...sumtimes only ate 900-1000 cal/day...exercise every day...timbang2 just 2kg kurang...stress!!!
xpe ju..xpe...ade ms lg(hati kecikku menjerit)....
yg pntng teruskn usaha....jgn harap perubahan dlm ms yg singkat..it is not impossible..possible..just kesan tu xlama la...turun kejup..then msti nek blk klo xjage..so...just maintain as what you are rite now...teruskn USAHA ok!!!
ape yg penting:
1. maintain daily calori intake ~900-1000cal~
2. exercise every day (yeyeyeyeye dh dpt full vid jullian michaels)
3. istiqamah ( ni yg PALING penting)
bermula hari ni nk start blk my diet plan...mudah2an ujung bln 5 nt ade perubahan besar...insyaallah:)
